The prices listed are for 2025 and will vary each year according to inflation and various cost increases, without prior notice, while remaining within European price ranges.

I commit to servicing any instrument of my making once the warranty period has passed, provided that it has not been irreversibly altered by you or another third party (e.g., another recorder maker). Post-warranty services will be billed at an hourly rate and may be subject to an estimate.

The warranty applies as long as the instructions in the user manual are followed, covering any deterioration of sound, harmonization, tuning, or material, provided the instrument is used under normal conditions. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or mistreatment.

 Your order will be confirmed upon receipt of a €300 deposit per recorder. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, if you are unable to proceed with your order, you are of course welcome to give your spot to someone else on the list.

 Should I be unable to fulfill the order for any reason (such as illness, accident, etc.), the deposit will be fully refunded by myself or those holding power of attorney on my behalf.

 A one year warranty issued from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied, I will accept returns within one week after reception of the order. In such cases, I offer a replacement within a maximum of three months, provided I do not have another recorder of the same model currently in production.
